Step 1.
Contact me. I will send you
a questionnaire.
Step 2.
First consultation (1-1.5 hours): discuss
your past health and present symptoms,
diet & family history. I will give you my initial thoughts on what you need towards the end of the consultation and you can ask any questions that occur to you.
Step 3.
A personalised dietary and, sometimes, supplement prescription will be developed
and sent to you (4-6 pages). This usually involves an additional 1-2 hours work depending on the complexity of your history. This report will include clear guidelines on foods that you should add
to your diet and any that you need to avoid. I will also include some recipes, hints and suggestions for snacks, meal ideas, stockists etc. Any supplements will be tailored to your specific needs (note: these are not a substitute for healthy eating). I might also make lifestyle suggestions e.g. exercise.

Step 4.
Second consultation: to monitor your
health progress. This usually lasts about
30 mins.
Step 5.
Third consultation: review of your nutritional programme and your health objectives.
I will take into account likes/dislikes, lifestyle and circumstances when developing a nutritional programme.
